Once Singapore's first power station, the historic St James is now transformed in Dyson's new HQ. Repurposed into an innovative, human-centric hub, this space advances the company’s net-zero objectives and business growth.
At its heart is a dramatic four-storey central hub, the former Turbine Hall, that offers an agile and nature-integrate working destination. An amphitheatre in the Hall offers room for knowledge-sharing and talks while human-centred, campus-like master planning equips users for different business functions.
Aligning with WELL Platinum certification, the project honours nature, sustainability and wellness while the inclusive design makes this modern campus a destination for all.
